WE need the following information for repatriation to happen for your loved ones -The process for repatriation is as follows:

•        Hi Flying will need the Forensic Report to start the process.  

•        Hi Flying will also need the Original Passport and a signed No Objection Letter and Power of Attorney from a relative to start with the       documentation (this is a standard internal document which can be emailed to you).
•        Hi Flying will obtain the Death Certificate.
•        Hi Flying will also translate the Death Certificate to English and attest both the Arabic and English Certificates at the concerned Ministries.
•        The Employer will need to cancel the deceased’s Visa.

•        Hi Flying will liaise with the Embassy and obtain all the required documentation.
•        Hi Flying will liaise with the Police to transfer the body to the Embalming Centre and Airport.
•        Hi Flying will oversee En-coffining and Embalming.
•        Hi Flying will liaise with the Airline and do all the Cargo formalities.
•        The whole process will take approximately 3 working days after call confirmation and the Forensic Reports are obtained.

The deceased mortal remains can be collected from Hospital or Funeral homes in Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah RAK or Fujirah and transported to any part of the world with the help of our affiliated airlines.
