My father is 75 year s of age and suffers from COPD and needs oxygen supplement for the most of the day  and night. However he always wished to travel and take a cruise holiday to the Bahamas. I am busy with work and my family. I wanted to gift a cruise vacation for his birthday.

They cruise to the Bahamas and visited the Paradise island and Atlantis. It was the experience of a lifetime for my father. 
They sailed back to New York and we were there to greet my father back at the Manhattan pier. They insisted in escorting him back home.
My father had the happiest time of his life.
