It gives me great pleasure to inform you that MCI has now recognized Critical Care as a superspeciality. The way is now open for universities to offer this course. Dear Dr Kandasamy Subramani I have seen the draft notification. Since we had applied for starting the course in our institute, probably they sent us the draft notification by e-mail. They have also recognised DM Organ Transplant anaesthesia & critical care. It should be up on the website soon. Warm regards atul

Maybe not a bad idea to go through one extra year and be able to sit through the DM exam like our diploma post graduates do while they appear for DNB
